Field Promotion
Select any region and say “this is a field.” Norn searches the rest of the document for similar patterns and suggests additional fields automatically. Promote one, get many.
OCR Field Detection
Automatic identification of blank lines, date fields, signature blocks, checkboxes, and label-value pairs. Every detection is a suggestion — you accept, reject, or adjust.
Fill and Export
Load a template, fill in the fields via a clean form, export a completed PDF. Required fields are validated. Date pickers, dropdowns, radio buttons — not just text boxes.
Governed Archive
Signed contracts are immutable. Access is logged. Integrity is verified via SHA-256. Retention periods are enforced. Seven-year default for commercial agreements.
